This local Estonia Hotel Reservation Service is owned and managed by Baltic Express Tours, a full service destination management company specialising in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland. We can provide highly diversified tours from bird watching to golf playing, from farm study tours to theatre and concert evenings. Upon special request we can also provide destination management services for groups in Russia and Byelorussia. Our company was founded in 1995 and has since established itself firmly among the ten leading DMC's in Estonia.
We believe that our local knowledge of the area, experience, and attention to detail make us the reliable and cost conscious partner for you.
The Passion
Wherever possible the team from Baltic Express promote services supplied by independent and locally owned companies/individuals rather than international chains. This helps in bringing awareness of sustainable tourism to the local communities, as well as ensuring the benefits of tourism are shared amongst the locals. We always employ local people as our tour guides.
Although Estonia is a small country, the team is proud of its very rich and varied history, and strong cultural traditions (especially in music). This is on show to the world during the Estonia Song Festivals. Estonia has a lot to offer tourists interested in history and culture. At the same time, because Estonia is not very densely populated (and the majority of people live in towns), it provides numerous opportunities for nature lovers to visit our many national parks, and by doing so will experience some of the most spectacular sights and scenery of our beautiful country.
They like the interaction with different people from all around the world, allowing them to learn about different cultures, as well as the challenge of new situations - no two days are the same! It is this passion that allows them to help all kinds of travelers to Estonia enjoys a trip of a lifetime!
The Team
Kristel Rohtmets is the Manager of Baltic Express Tours. She started work as a part time tour guide for Tallinn and Estonia while still studying English and literature at the University of Tartu in 1986. In 1995 she joined the team of the newly established Baltic Express Tours and has been with the company ever since, taking care of both groups and individual customers.

Monika Remi is the Booking Operator, and joined Baltic Express Tours in 2005. She takes care of Baltic Express' individual bookings. Monika is here to help you with your travel needs and queries. She has completed studies at the Tallinn School of Service and Tallinn Pedagogical College - and has a Diploma in Youth Work. She spends a lot of her time away from work with youth of different ages, interests, and problems - as well as organizing numerous events along the way! She likes to stay active and believes in a achieving a balance between the body and mind, and likes people who have active lifestyles, and are interested in sports. As part of this passion, she also somehow finds time to work as an aerobics instructor.

Over the past few years we have helped to organise the Congress of the Association of European Open Air Museums (with post-conference tours in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania), the Convention of the Association of European Organ Builders, numerous press trips from United Kingdom (Thames Television's "Wish You Were Here'', BBC 2 "Holiday Show", London Weekend Television's "Travel Show") and Russia (friendship football match between the journalists of leading Moscow and Estonian daily papers and magazines).
